Lunar New Year is just around the corner, and at Pikmin Bloom we’re celebrating by bringing back Decor Pikmin dressed up for the festivities! Already met them all last year? We’ve got you! This year, “Lunar New Year” Decor Pikmin in shiny new ornaments will be joining the celebration too. Are you ready to grow your squad?

Event Details

• During the event, you will receive two different types of tasks at the same time: an easier one, and a slightly harder one. Check out the full list of tasks below:

【Easy tasks】

Task 1. Plant 1000 flowers

Task 2. Plant 1500 red flowers

Task 3. Collect 200 petals

Task 4. Plant 2000 yellow flowers

Task 5. Plant 2500 white flowers

Task 6. Defeat 3 mushrooms

Task 7. Plant 1500 blue flowers

Task 8. Plant 3000 flowers

Task 9. Pluck 6 Pikmin

Task 10. Collect 200 petals

Task 11. Pluck 6 Pikmin

Task 12. Defeat 3 mushrooms

【Slightly Harder tasks】

Task 1. Plant 1500 flowers

Task 2. Plant 2000 red flowers

Task 3. Collect 400 petals

Task 4. Plant 3000 yellow flowers

Task 5. Plant 4000 white flowers

Task 6. Defeat 5 mushrooms

Task 7. Plant 2000 blue flowers

Task 8. Plant 5000 flowers

Task 9. Defeat 5 mushrooms

Task 10. Plant 2000 red flowers

Task 11. Plant 2000 yellow flowers

Task 12. Plant 2000 white flowers

• For each cleared task, you will receive a Gold Seedling that grows into a “Lunar New Year” Decor Pikmin. Gold Seedlings obtained by clearing “Easy Tasks” will grow into “Lunar New Year” Decor Pikmin wearing the same types of ornaments from last year, 2022. On the other hand, Gold Seedlings obtained by clearing “Slightly Harder Tasks” will grow into 2023 “Lunar New Year” Decor Pikmin, who wear new types of ornaments.

• Clearing all 12 tasks for each category guarantees that you’ll be able to meet all 3 types of “Lunar New Year” Decor Pikmin for both the 2022 and the 2023 ornaments. Give it your best!

• For each friend or family member that you invite during the event, and who begins playing Pikmin Bloom using your referral code, you’ll receive a Gold Seedling that grows into a 2023 “Lunar New Year” Decor Pikmin.
