When you grow and pluck a Pikmin, they will immediately join your squad and follow you wherever you go!
Feed Pikmin fruit nectar to make the flowers on their heads bloom, so you can collect petals from them. You can then use these petals to plant new flowers when you go on a walk, leaving colorful trails behind you wherever you go and making Big Flowers bloom!
Finish off every day with a review of your activities, including how many steps you took and where you went. Save pictures to turn your lifelog into a real scrapbook that you can always use to look back on your memories!

Whenever you feed nectar to your Pikmin, or send them on Expeditions, your Pikmin will become friendlier and closer to you. Once you reach a certain level of friendship, your Pikmin will return to the place where you originally found their seedling and come back with a gift containing an item. They will then wear this item and become Decor Pikmin!
Some Decor Pikmin wear items related to the places where you found their seedlings, while some others may don limited-time items. At the moment, there are more than 600 types of Decor Pikmin, and the number keeps increasing!
With the Party Walk feature, anybody can host their own walking event. Once you set your group and time period, all you have to do is share your link/QR code with others and enjoy the remote walk!
Step and Flower Planting Weekly Challenges start every week on Monday. You can choose to join with 4 friends, or to join a completely new group of people to work together towards a shared goal!
Pikmin often bring postcards back from Expeditions and Mushrooms. You can save these postcards to look back on all the places you've visited, or you can choose to send them to your friends as a casual form of communication!
When you go on walks, you may encounter Mushrooms of all types and sizes along your way. During certain periods of time, you may even find Mushrooms in colors that you'd never seen before! Destroying Mushrooms gets you rewards such as nectar and, during certain events, in-game items. Join forces with other users and march forth to tackle them!
