To celebrate, Pikmin Bloom is holding a Chocolate Event! During the event, 2026 Chocolate Decor Pikmin will make their debut—be sure to invite these white-chocolate-themed Pikmin to your squad! Last year’s Chocolate Decor Pikmin will also be returning, giving you another chance to meet them.
Set out on your walks with chocolate-loving Pikmin and discover all the sweetness this season has to offer!

Clear Event Challenge missions to obtain seedlings for 2026 Chocolate Decor Pikmin!
For every Event Challenge mission that you clear, you’ll be able to obtain rewards at random. These can be Gift Bows, seedlings that grow into 2026 Chocolate Decor Pikmin, flower petals, or other items. Additionally, when the Big Flower at the center of the stage blooms, you’re guaranteed to receive a Gold Seedling on top of the random rewards.
Missions for the event will be published here on the day the event starts – stay tuned!
*Seedlings obtained by clearing Event Challenge missions will grow into any of the 8 available types for 2026 Chocolate Decor Pikmin. Please note that you’ll meet them at random and are not guaranteed to complete the whole set.

Clear Event missions to obtain seedlings for Chocolate Decor Pikmin and seasonal Mii costumes
At the start of the event, you will receive missions to collect Gift Bows. By clearing them, you will be able to obtain seedlings for Chocolate Decor Pikmin and event-inspired costumes for your Mii!
*Gift Bows can be obtained as Event Challenge rewards, from flower planting, from Mystery Boxes received when destroying Colorful Mushrooms, and with the purchase of an Event Premium Pass, a limited-time bundle pack, or a Web Store Exclusive Bundle Pack.
*Once the event ends, the Gift Bow missions will disappear. Please note that the Gift Bows have no purpose outside of this event.
◆Lunar New Year Ornament Decor Pikmin will also be back in time for the festivities!
From February 4th until 28th, you may sometimes receive seedlings for Lunar New Year Ornament: Gold Decor Pikmin as an extra reward from Mystery Boxes when you destroy Colorful Mushrooms.
*These seedlings will grow into Red, Yellow, Blue, White, Winged, Purple or Rock Lunar New Year Ornament: Gold Decor Pikmin. Please note that you’ll meet them at random and are not guaranteed to complete the set.
Destroy Colorful Mushrooms to get Mystery Boxes containing Gift Bows!
During the event, you may encounter Colorful Mushrooms. When you destroy them, you’ll receive Mystery Boxes that contain a variety of items alongside Gift Bows! 2026 Chocolate, Chocolate, Lunar New Year Ornament: Red and Lunar New Year Ornament: Gold Decor Pikmin are the strongest against these mushrooms, so be sure to send them out to destroy them!
Additionally, on weekends, you may encounter Giant Colorful Mushrooms that contain a rare type of Mystery Box. On these weekends, the Mushroom Battle Bullhorn will be available for use up to 3 times a day, too! Team up with your friends to destroy some mighty mushrooms together!
⚫️Giant Colorful Mushrooms will appear on the following weekends:
*During the event, 2026 Chocolate, Chocolate, Lunar New Year Ornament: Red, and Lunar New Year Ornament: Gold Decor Pikmin will be slightly stronger than usual against all types of mushrooms.
*If you receive a call via a Mushroom Battle Bullhorn to a Colorful Mushroom before the event has started in your timezone, you will be able to join the battle and help destroy the mushroom. The Mystery Box you receive as a reward will be the one for the Chocolate Event.
*If you join a Colorful Mushroom battle after the event is over in your timezone, you won’t receive a Mystery Box.
