Costumes, candy, and a little mischief in the air—Halloween is almost here! The tradition of handing out treats is often said to have roots in offerings made to appease wandering spirits—or at least encourage them to move along. These days, it’s also a pretty great excuse to share something sweet.

Pikmin Bloom is getting into the spirit of the season, too! New Halloween: Stained Glass Decor Pikmin are making their debut, decked out in stained-glass designs inspired by the season. And that’s not all, Halloween Light and Halloween Treat Decor Pikmin are back for a limited time, and your Walk View is getting a spooky makeover, too!

Clear Event Challenge missions to obtain seedlings for Halloween: Stained Glass Decor Pikmin!

For every Event Challenge mission that you clear, you’ll be able to obtain rewards at random. These can be Stained Glass Cookies, seedlings that grow into Halloween: Stained Glass Decor Pikmin, flower petals, or other items. Additionally, when the Big Flower at the center of the stage blooms, you’re guaranteed to receive a Gold Seedling on top of the random rewards.

Missions for the event will be published here on the day the event starts – stay tuned!

*Seedlings obtained by clearing Event Challenge missions will grow into any of the 8 available types for Halloween: Stained Glass Decor Pikmin. Please note that you’ll meet them at random and are not guaranteed to complete the whole set.

When you purchase an Premium Event Pass, you’ll be able to enjoy the following perks for the duration of the event (October 1 through 31):

• For every stage cleared, you’ll receive extra seasonal nectar that you can put to good use in order to clear event-related tasks!

Clear Event missions to obtain event-inspired Mii costumes and seedlings for Halloween Light and Halloween Treat Decor Pikmin

At the start of the event, you will receive two sets of missions to collect Stained Glass Cookies. One of the sets awards event-limited Mii costumes, and the other lets you choose from a variety of rewards.

By completing each mission to collect 600 Stained Glass Cookies, you’ll be able to choose one reward from a selection including seedlings for Halloween Light and Halloween Treat Decor Pikmin, alongside other items. (After completing a certain number of missions, rewards will be limited to seedlings for Halloween Light and Halloween Treat Decor Pikmin only.)

*Stained Glass Cookies can be obtained as Event Challenge rewards, from flower planting, from Mystery Boxes received when destroying Halloween Mushrooms, and with the purchase of an Premium Event Pass, a limited-time bundle pack, or a Web Store Exclusive Bundle Pack.
*Once the event ends, the Stained Glass Cookie missions will disappear. Please note that the Stained Glass Cookies have no purpose outside of this event.

Destroy Halloween Mushrooms to get Mystery Boxes containing Stained Glass Cookies!

During the event, you may encounter Halloween Mushrooms. When you destroy them, you’ll receive Mystery Boxes that contain a variety of items alongside Stained Glass Cookies! Halloween: Stained Glass, Halloween Light, and Halloween Treat Decor Pikmin are the strongest against these mushrooms, so be sure to send them out to destroy them!

Additionally, on the dates below, you may encounter Giant Halloween Mushrooms that contain a rare type of Mystery Box. You will also be able to use the Mushroom Battle Bullhorn up to 3 times a day! Team up with your friends to destroy some mighty mushrooms together!

⚫️Giant Halloween Mushrooms will appear on the following weekends:

• October 3 & 4
• October 10 & 11
• October 17 & 18
• October 24 & 25
• October 28 - 31

*During the event, Halloween: Stained Glass, Halloween Light, and Halloween Treat Decor Pikmin will be slightly stronger than usual against all types of mushrooms.
*If you receive a call via a Mushroom Battle Bullhorn to a Halloween Mushroom before the event has started in your timezone, you will be able to join the battle and help destroy the mushroom. The Mystery Box you receive as a reward will be the one for the Halloween Event.
*If you join a Halloween Mushroom battle after the event is over in your timezone, you won’t receive a Mystery Box.
