Starting today, seven new ‘Kimchi’ Decor Pikmin have been added! In addition to the existing Purple Decor Pikmin, you can now meet Red, Yellow, Blue, White, Rock, Winged, and Ice Pikmin—for a total of eight ‘Kimchi’ Decor Pikmin. Kimchi Decor Pikmin seedlings can be found near Korean restaurants.

Kimchi is known for its distinct regional characteristics. In northern regions, kimchi tends to be milder and less salty, often featuring a refreshing, broth-rich taste. Varieties such as Radish Water Kimchi and White Kimchi are known for their clean and crisp flavors. In contrast, southern regions use generous amounts of red pepper flakes and fermented seafood, resulting in deeper, richer flavors. The warmer climate also speeds up fermentation, creating an even more pronounced savory taste.

The new Kimchi Decor Pikmin are each carrying their own variety of kimchi, so enjoy discovering their different colors and personalities as you search for seedlings on your walks. You never know — there might be a delightfully “spicy” little surprise waiting for you in your neighborhood.
