Get your squad ready! This coming June 15th at 0:00 local time, a new type of Mushroom is going to start sprouting in Pikmin Bloom: the Poisonous Mushroom. White Pikmin are the only type of Pikmin that’s immune to poison, so march on fearlessly on your quest to tackle them!
Poisonous Mushrooms will be appearing more often than usual on the following weekends. Try your hand at destroying them!
*With the exception of special rate up events like the above, Poisonous Mushrooms will appear at the same frequency as other types of Special Mushrooms going forward.
Additionally, during this month, for every Poisonous Mushroom you destroy, you will be able to obtain a Mystery Box, just like the ones you can obtain from Mystery Mushrooms from the ongoing Cheese Event. If you’re looking to collect some extra Milk Bottles, this is a great time to put your White Pikmin to work!
