Some of these traditions may be as different as celebrating with fireworks, or ringing bells. But no matter how our ways of celebrating differ, we all share the same excitement and hope for what’s to come!
At Pikmin Bloom, too, we’re looking forward to welcoming the new year with a 2025 New Year Event, where you’ll be able to meet Party Popper 2025 Decor Pikmin! To add to the fun, we’re also bringing back a few select Flower Card Decor Pikmin, along with 2 all-new card designs.

Clear Event Challenge missions to obtain seedlings for Party Popper 2025 Decor Pikmin!
For every Event Challenge mission that you clear, you’ll be able to obtain rewards at random. These can be Festive Fireworks, seedlings that grow into Party Popper 2025 Decor Pikmin, flower petals, or other items. Additionally, when the Big Flower at the center of the stage blooms, you’re guaranteed to receive a Gold Seedling on top of the random rewards.
*Seedlings obtained by clearing Event Challenge missions will grow into any of the 7 available types for Party Popper 2025 Decor Pikmin. Please note that you’ll meet them at random and are not guaranteed to complete the whole set.

When you purchase a Premium Event Pass, you’ll be able to enjoy the following perks for the duration of the event (January 1 through 31):
*The Event Premium Pass is available to users from Lv20 onwards.
*The Event Premium Pass won’t be displayed to users at or below Lv19.
*Event Premium Pass rewards apply retroactively for cleared Event Challenge missions, regardless of when you obtain it at the shop.

Clear Event missions to obtain Mii costumes and seedlings for Flower Card Decor Pikmin!
At the start of the event, you will receive missions to collect Festive Fireworks. By clearing them, you will be able to obtain Gold Seedlings for Flower Card Decor Pikmin, as well as other seasonal Mii costumes to get your wardrobe ready for the new year ahead!
*Festive Fireworks can be obtained as Event Challenge rewards, from flower planting, from Mystery Boxes received when destroying Mystery Mushrooms, and with the purchase of an Event Premium Pass, a limited-time bundle pack, or a Web Store Exclusive Bundle Pack.
*Once the 2025 New Year Event ends, the Festive Fireworks missions will disappear. Please note that the Festive Fireworks have no purpose outside of this event.
*The Flower Card Decor Pikmin seedlings available during this event come in 6 designs from the “Flower Card (Volume 1)” category and 6 designs from the “Flower Card (Volume 2)” category, including 2 brand-new designs making their debut this time. Check out the Flower Cards design list image for a closer look at the available designs.
*Gold Seedlings for Flower Card Decor Pikmin will grow into Red, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Rock, or Winged Pikmin, for a total of 12 different Flower Cards. Please note that you’ll meet them at random and are not guaranteed to complete the whole set.
Destroy Mystery Mushrooms to get Mystery Boxes!
During the event, you may encounter Mystery Mushrooms. When you destroy them, you’ll receive Mystery Boxes that contain items such as Festive Fireworks, flower petals, items, and seedlings for Flower Card Decor Pikmin (10 existing and 2 new types) among others. Party Popper 2025 Decor Pikmin are the strongest against these mushrooms, followed by Flower Card Decor Pikmin, so be sure to send them out to destroy them!
Additionally, on weekends, you may encounter Giant Mystery Mushrooms that contain a rare type of Mystery Box. On these weekends, the Mushroom Battle Bullhorn will be available for use up to 3 times a day, too! Team up with your friends to destroy some mighty mushrooms together!
⚫️Giant Mystery Mushrooms will appear on the following weekends:
*During the event, Party Popper 2025 and Flower Card Decor Pikmin will be slightly stronger than usual against all types of mushrooms.
*If you receive a call via a Mushroom Battle Bullhorn to a Mystery Mushroom before the event has started in your timezone, you will be able to join the battle and help destroy the mushroom. The Mystery Box you receive as a reward will be the one for the 2025 New Year Event too.
*If you join a Mystery Mushroom battle after the event is over in your timezone, you won’t receive a Mystery Box.
All postcards your Pikmin bring will feature a special New Year design!
There are 2 different designs to collect, and they make for the perfect New Year greeting to send to your friends!
